Malcolm Duffin Design have been invited to create a concept design for a multi-million pound development by one of the country's most successful development companies.
The design for the restoration of this 1920's city centre theatre have been inspired by the Art Deco architecture of New York and Chicago, including a granite and marble entrance foyer and dazzling 100 cover restaurant and bar.
